Tonight the Patagonia Venture Team is enjoying a warm meal and a few drinks
back in Puerto Williams after an amazing five days trekking at the edge of
the world. We are continuing to monitor the situation regarding the
earthquake in Japan, and will be taking any necessary precautions in
accordance with the tsunami warning for Chile. However, given the Southern
location of Puerto Williams and the protected location of our lodge, we do
not anticipate any major incidents. We are on schedule for our departure for
Punta Arenas tomorrow morning.
