Greetings from our hotel in San Pedro de Atacama! After a thrilling week of trekking, canyoning, rock climbing and rappelling, mountain biking and volcano-climbing, we are finally all showered and rested. Yesterday we ended the venture with a fascinating leadership lecture about Vertical´s Lhotse expedition in 2008. We then chowed down on a hearty celebration dinner and wrapped things up with an impressive dance session led by resident DJ Bryan Lalezarian. Most participants headed home bright and early this morning, with one notable exception. Let´s just say the 1am city-wide curfew didn´t stop some from going all out! The Venture Fellows would like to thank Vertical for all of the effort they put into this week, and all the participants for showing up ready to push their own limits. Adios!
